Kalel Invest ('we', 'our') is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website and use our services. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. This policy applies to all interactions with the website www.kalelinvest.com and to any electronic exchanges with our teams. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable within the European Union since May 25, 2018.

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the provision of our services. The data we may collect includes: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number (if voluntarily provided), your country of residence, your investor profile (individual or professional), the estimated capital range you provide in our contact form, and browsing data collected via technical cookies (see section 7). We do not collect sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (racial origin, political opinions, health data, etc.).
3. Purposes of Processing
The data you provide to us is used for the following purposes: (i) responding to your information and contact requests, (ii) qualifying your investor profile in order to provide you with the most relevant information about our service, (iii) sending you commercial communications if you have expressly consented, (iv) complying with our legal and regulatory obligations in the field of financial services. We do not use your data for automated profiling that has legal effects or significantly affects you.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
Each data processing activity is based on an explicit legal basis: (a) the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for account management and service provision; (b) our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to improve our services and ensure the security of our platform; (c) your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for sending optional marketing communications, revocable at any time; (d) compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) for accounting and regulatory retention obligations.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact data is retained for 3 years from our last exchange. Data related to a contractual relationship is retained for 10 years in accordance with French legal accounting obligations. Browsing data (logs, cookies) is deleted at most 13 months after collection. Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right of access (to obtain a copy of your data), the right to rectification (to correct inaccurate data), the right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Our website uses technical cookies essential for navigation (session maintenance, language preferences) that do not require your consent. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
